Matt Malaise is a Dallas native, Navy veteran, and experienced salesperson. His unique life experience has prepared him to be flexible, disciplined, and trustworthy. Matt is dedicated to his clients and works hard to help them obtain their dreams.

Prior to joining Dave Perry Miller, Matt was in the insurance industry. This experience gave him an appreciation for families and their goals, and how a home purchase is one of the largest purchases they will ever make. The complex and sensitive nature of his work at New York Life helped him understand confidentiality and how important the details are.

Matt, his wife, and their adorable daughter enjoy spending time outside, exploring nature, and traveling. He is active in his community and volunteers regularly with the Armstrong Elementary Dad’s Club. His love of photography helped him notice early on the unique character of the homes in our city.
